Party time!

Today, I went to my first party, hoping to maybe meet some people. I was there for 4 hours, and the person/thing that I interacted most with was a cat. FML

Why did you focus so much of your time on that cat vs setting out to do what you wanted (meet some people)? And first party? Ever or this year?

Come on now, you are a girl. How can no guy walk up and talk to you at a party? I mean damn, something's wrong if drunk guys won't even flirt with you. Drop the cat and talk to people. It's very easy if you actually put forth some effort.

This is probably something you could have avoided if you just did what you set out to do. You used the cat as an excuse to NOT have to deal with people. Unless the people at the party were hostile to you, drunk people are usually pretty chill and great to practice on, since they find everything (pretty much) fascinating.

It depends on the drunk person. Some are funny, some are sad, some are morons, and others up and decide to show their bad side.

Who's fault is that? YOURS. Were you waiting for someone to come talk to you first. How long did you wait before you started talking the cat? And I don't wanna hear you have social issues. If that were truly the case you wouldn't have gone to place where there are numerous people so you could meet them. Sorry but YDI.
