Today, I logged into Facebook for the first time in a month. I had only 3 new notifications, that were to tell me that the poker application I used on there "missed me" and wanted to give me 10,000 free chips. My poker app talks to me more than my friends. FML

Today, after nearly three years of no contact whatsoever, I received a Facebook notification from my father. Eager to see what he said, I pulled it up only to see a game request. He had run out of lives on Candy Crush. FML

Today, I came home from work and turned on the computer. I logged onto Facebook and saw I had a bunch of notifications. Turns out, everyone on Facebook knew I was single before I did. FML

Today, I came back from a week-long vacation where I had no internet whatsoever. I turned on my phone to get notifications, hoping to see a message or two that I'd missed while gone. There was 1 notification, telling me how many FMLs were posted while I was away. FML

I don't get why this is such a problem. You haven't used Facebook for a month, yet you're upset that your friends didn't leave tons of messages on your wall? Even if your friends do use Facebook all the time, it makes sense that they wouldn't bother using it to communicate with you.

awwwh. but btw...i didnt log into facebook 4 a month too but i got email notifications. when i counted how many i got, i had 125 notifications! but when i logged on i only had 23. apparently the notifications are automatically deleted if you havnt logged on in a while. so u probs got more notifications:) just look on ur profile nd stuff. i hope u see more wall posts:D
