Today, I had a massive argument with my boyfriend, in which he called me stupid repeatedly. I stomped out of his house and sent a very angry text to my best friend about him. She didn't text back. Then my boyfriend texted, "My girlfriend is so stupid, she can't even text the right number." FML

These people saying that the way your boyfriend is treating you is NOT abusive are full of shit. you're not fragile, emotional abuse is very real and should NOT be tolerated with. I really hope you dumped him, because calling the person you're supposed to love or be in a relationship with stupid is utterly disrespectful. respect is one of the most important things in a relationship. and that's the end of my rant.

Wow, calling someone stupid now counts as emotional abuse? A little banters good for a relationship. By the sounds of these comments this site is some sort of emotional messup magnet....
