This includes signing over the deed to my house, my car, and all my banking assets, so that he can be “the man of the house.” I make 6 figures; he rents with roommates. FML

The fact that you make more money than he does doesn't have anything to do with this. Asking your significant other to stop doing the job they chose to do to become the maid is never OK. If he is even a bit serious about this, do yourself a favor and call off the wedding yourself.
