Well in Psychology101 you learn the stages of development and this would clearly refer to the oral stage. Some people have a tendency to carry traits of oral fixation till the grow up. I tend to thank psychology for blow jobs.

I started by wondering how that even happens, then realized that OP's dick must be so small that it fits so comfortably in his girlfriend's mouth that she barely notices it's there, and the short gentle rocking motion it would take must have put her to sleep. FYL for having that small a dick!
