...please **** punch her for all of the animal lovers out in the world..
So, the mom hits a dog, and now you want OP to hit a cat?
That's just messed up...
Dog killer!!!! 'Beethoven"
I lost my favorite cat to being hit by a car. People who hit animals should take responsibility for their actions. If you hit a person and you left, it would be a hit and run. It makes me sick that someone wouldn't man up to what they've done. I'll never forget seeing my babies body lying on the road or seeing a tiny grey cat pancaked on there with people continuing to drive over it.
where in NY? my aunts dog just got ran over by some bitch that kept going.
Who cares? It's just a dog
Should've jumped out of the car window to see if the poor dog was still alive
You're mother is a monster. Maybe even a sociopath.
I feel bad for the owner..
I honestly think she is having a hard time dealing with it and is in a denyal mode right now. Probably her way of dealing with the shock. some people run away from things that's too stressful/painful.

Don't think about it morty!
However, if you wish to be considered an adult, you have to take responsibility for your actions. That means if you hit someone's pet, you stop the car to see if there's a vet needed and try to locate the owners if possible. Just continuing driving and pretending nothing's happened is not only irresponsible, it's immature.
