Road trip from hell

Today, I had leg surgery. While I was recovering in the hospital, my boyfriend dumped me. I then had to ride home, a 2-hour drive, listening to my mother and aunt tell me he was the best thing to happen to me, and that I'll never find a better man. Then the morphine wore off. FML

Your ex must've been a major dick OR you could've been a major bitch/*****. Either way, he picked the wrong time to break up with you. Oh and your mother and aunt sound like *****. You will find a better man, one who won't leave you, especially in the condition you were in!

Your Mom and aunt should be there for you. Fire them from their family roles and call them by their first name. Actively seek replacements. Topping those two shouldn't be difficult.
