Offer to share the bed. Win:win ;) x x x
I'd tell her to get out of my room. If my roommate wants someone over, they can sleep in their room.
Happened to me once. One day I came back a few hours earlier than usual to find a stranger sitting in my bed watching my TV. He greeted me and told me my roommate let him stay here. So I went to ask my roommate WTF is going on. My roommate was actually pretty chill about it, the stranger turned out to be some guy he picked up the day before on a train ride. He figured I won't be around during the weekend so he didn't bother to ask for permission. I asked why didn't he at least notify me, he said he figured by the time I return the stranger is already on the next train, and he thought I was OK with this behavior because I allow my buddies to crash there all the time. WTF!
why doesn't she stay in your roommate's room?
It was your bed first, hop in there with her...

You don't have to tolerate that shit, just talk to your roommate about.
Tell your roomate that decisions that involve your place shouldn't be made without you. Even if this person staying there is nice and all, a little respect goes a long way.
