This is more of a "God my life can't get any better' - I'm never one to scream lawsuit or legal action or anything of the sort, however, in the situation IF you did nothing to provoke said action [IE got physical, violent or made threatening gestures in an attempt to explain/prove you aren't who they think you are] you've got a fairly good case in your favor once they realize what they've done. However, if the cop approached you like one normally would in a plain and calm fashion and you did anything that you shouldn't have done that could have made the cop nervous [if you got stopped while driving and attempt to leave the car, for example. . which would make sense since you were thrown onto your own car], or did anything that could be perceived as threatening to somebody who can't be too careful than the fault is all yours. Yes it's true the warrants aren't out for you, but, if the cop approached you plainly you needed to do nothing more than explain the situation, hand over your papers/ID and deal with it.

Where is the common sense here? How are you supposed to commit a crime when you're not even a glimmer in your parents eyes? Even if you do look old for your age, you can't look like you were born in 1979.

Technically, it'd be 1963 at the latest, since you have to be at least 16 to drive..
