I think there are some legal issues with that but it's probably not worth the hassle, I wish you luck in finding a better job OP. ^u^
if your boss worries about his employees not focusing on their work, he should invest in lockers with a lock instead of being a douche
That's illegal, you can take them to court for that. Contact your boss explain situation n see if u can get job back and manager fired or contact legal advisor
It's not illegal. In a medical facility you can't have a phone in like your pocket or anything because you could be photographing private medical records
stand up to your ass boss, cause the wu-tang clan aint nothin to **** wit
Put a lock on it? If that's the rule, follow it.
Keep it in your car? I totally understand not being allowed your phone in the workplace but they must offer a safe place to keep it. You could make a complaint to head office?
You could have brought in your own lock
**** em. Find a better job with less cunty coworkers.
******* shady ass place

But how can they fire you for having your phone with you? Isn't there also a law or something that says work places must have a secure (locked), clean place for personal belongings? Damn, fyl op
Is your boss Joseph Stalin?
