I cant say you deserve it, because you probably didn't know what being stung was like. I live in Arizona too, and I would probably have the same reaction. And for all the dumbasses out there who are saying "Oh get over it, theres scorpions everywhere, they dont hurt that bad", these are Arizona Bark Scorpions we're talking about. They're the most poisonous in North America, many people have to go to the hospital to take care of the sting. And yes, they can be deadly. So why dont you just come out to the desert and see how it feels? Another thing, its not as easy as just getting a repellent. They dont work in most cases, seeing I've seen them get in through windows, doors, cracks, air vents, or whatever. It's even more disgusting when you see one climbing up the wall, towards where you sleep :( They can always find some way in :| So OP, now that you understand what it feels like, I would go apologize to your boyfriend ;)

I raise and breed scorpions, seriously a sting isnt that bad. I know youre gonna say "Well youre used to getting stung" Well my first time wasnt all that bad. And heres a little tip. Look at the size of the claws and tail. Big claws/little tail= they pinch more often than sting (I dont think there are any that can be found in the US like that). Small claws/ thicker tail = Sting more often and are more venomous. There are only about 20 speicies of lethal scorpions, none of which are in the US. And as for this Karma bullshit...What force causes bad things to happen to bad people and good to happen to good people? Hell, bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people as well. Its called chance. Life is practically based upon it. Nothing controls anything, its all cause/effect and chance. Lets say I give someone a kidney and they give me something because theyre thankfull. Karma didnt cause that person to give me something in return, That person chose to. They couldve easily not given me anything. Its chance, not some force that determinse right from wrong. Lemme guess, you believe in unicorns and the flying spaghetti monster as well?
