Today, my psycho abstinence-only sex ed teacher claimed condoms give 50% protection at most against pregnancy. I couldn't help but correct her. She apologized for her "mistake", saying, "It's just that we're not ALL sluts, Kara." Now everyone thinks I'm a raging whore. FML

Wow. Report her. Not only is she teaching incorrect information, but she's calling a student a ****. Get her a$$ fired!

Your teacher sounds like a 40 year old ignorant virgin.

You really should report her to your guidance counselor and principal immediately.

This is my third comment on thus FML, and I still haven't unlocked the badge... Wtf?

You should report her. And hopefully she will get fired for being a dumb ***** of a bad teacher that lies.

Can you say "sexual harassment lawsuit?" That teacher was WAYYYY out of line. Even if you live in the Bible Belt, if you're in a federally funded public school system, they're obligated to teach accurate information, even if they preface every sentence with "I wish I didn't have to teach you this."

more like ftheteacherslife, If this actually happened you will be fine and the educator will be seriously disciplined.

This stat is pretty extravagant low percentage high percentage...I really don't know what to believe anymore...besides birth control

It depends on where OP is. There are a few states where teachers are not required to give students accurate info in sex Ed. At least not legally required. It's appalling.

You shoulda said "not all of us can be educated (teachers name)"

I'd report her the the board of education
