Today, while getting ready for work, I realized that all my pants were getting a bit tight. When I got home from work, I went in to the bathroom and stood on the scale, which confirmed that I have gained a few pounds. I then realized that I was eating while standing on the scale. FML

How did you not notice you were eating something? Seriously. There is something wrong with this.

How is that a bad thing? I'm sure you weren't eating a whole pizza on the scale.

#17, no you're not. Most bulimics are proven to be either average weight, or overweight. Constantly. They lose NOTHING. You take in all the calories and that by eating it in the first place. Whitening toothpaste does nothing to the acid decay the vomit causes to your teeth. Nothing can help that. You'd have to get falsies after all yours had rotted away. I know, I studied it. OP: ignore those who are saying you're fat, and those suggesting you turn to bulimia. Everyone gains a few pounds now and then. If you reckon you're eating too much, get a little notebook and keep note of everything you eat throughout the day, as you eat it. It's likely to make you feel bad about snacking etc, and so you'll be less likely to gain weight. It'll all be fine :)

Ok, am I the the only person that finds eating in the bathroom a tad slack on the hygiene side?! Sorry, I can't comment on the weight gain - can't get passed the bathroom thing.

So they're not... now, if he went in there to relieve himself and didn't wash his hands and then said "snack time! Lets get weighed up in here!" then yeah, that would be unsanitary...

I stood on the scale one day to find out I had gained 15 pounds! I then realized that I was holding my 15 pound backpack. I've had tight jeans too. Never turn to bulimia. Just getting out more, eating less, and keeping yourself busy is a perfect way to lose and maintain your weight.

You eat in your bathroom? It helps if you leave eating to the kitchen/dining room when you're home. Don't try to be bulimic. It actually makes people fatter, because they absorb lots of the fat and then throw up, which destroys your metabolism.

Maybe you are too stressed in life these days and you dont even realise it. That might be the reason.

Simpsons did it! #17 - penisface.. or penizulaface, whatever, not only are your teeth going to be ******, you will grow hair on your stomach, you will get painful bleeding from your esophagus, possible tearing resulting in surgery, you will lose pigment and become pale, it also causes the amount of potassium in the blood to become low and can lead to dangerous heart rhythms. So have fun with that. Won't be so proud of it then.

I'm surprised I'm the first person to mention this - Assuming this is real, if you're constantly walking around eating without even being fully aware of the fact that you're eating, you have a problem. You should get some help.
