**** off snickerdoodles.
FYL? I'd say he's the one that's a little ****** at the moment.
your wrong on that. many doctors, including most of mine, call the day before to you remind you that you have an appointment the next day. so really, doctors dont call to just tell you important things. and he is NOT a douche bag because he does NOT only care about himself. it obviously wasnt that he was upset that he couldnt make another appointment, he was upset because he feels bad that he didnt pick up. and i dont blame him for not picking up. his doctors office obviously calls to remind him. i know i dont pick up when my doctor calls the day before. so lay of him!
Geez, how dare he die on you.
Actually Snicks.... Most Dr. office's now call the day before to remind you of an appointment. I usually don't answer them either. A lot of the time its a recording anyway. Besides I used to be a receptionist, most of the time with the 25-40 people I had to call for the next day I would rather get your voice mail.

i had to read this a couple times to try and figure out what the FML is and I still don't know
#30, the post isn't unclear. What is unclear is how this is an FML for the OP. What difference would answering the phone have made? Same outcome either way. Is OP seriously complaining because a doctor she sees once a year inconvenienced her? FHfamily'sL, not hers.
