Spammed out

By goddamnit - 14/03/2009 02:57 - United States

Today, I got a letter saying I was no longer a student at my college and my current work is void since I had ignored and refused to pay my tuition bill. Over the past month I've been deleting these pesky emails saying 'FINAL WARNING regarding payment' thinking it was more spam. They weren't. FML

Yeah, you're probably not going to get much sympathy for this, especially since all you had to do was take two seconds to see that the sender's e-mail address was from your own school.

i don't see how it's possible not to think about paying your tuition

Don't believe anybody is this incompetent. Between not noticing that money hadn't been forked over for tuition, to not receiving a final notice by postal mail or not having the account turned over to collections, to not realizing that all of those emails were from someone at his college. Too many coincidences.

Does anyone know how to read anymore?

Look at the e-mail sender and why didn't you just call your school to ask if this was true???

sadly the first thing i noticed was the grammatical error "I got an letter" and shook my head. Then I finished the entry. Yeah. It makes sense.
