Don't believe anybody is this incompetent. Between not noticing that money hadn't been forked over for tuition, to not receiving a final notice by postal mail or not having the account turned over to collections, to not realizing that all of those emails were from someone at his college. Too many coincidences.

Look at the e-mail sender and why didn't you just call your school to ask if this was true???
sadly the first thing i noticed was the grammatical error "I got an letter" and shook my head. Then I finished the entry. Yeah. It makes sense.
