Apparently you can't problem solve either. Management is required to be in uniform while on shift. The jacket is not part of the uniform, therefore it can't be worn to cover the stain. What might be a possibility is finding a sweatshirt (provided they have one as part of the uniform) or another uniform shirt to wear for the day.
