Maybe she is suspicious of you cheating on their kid? But anyways she has no right of doing so. You need to have a serious talk with your partner and her about the situation... I'm very interested into what happened after all this

Clearly she has no trust for you, her problem not yours. Just be careful when you have kids with your spouse, I believe she will take things to the extreme with them. Perhaps seeking legal counsel in the near future?

I would confront her after talking to your spouse about it. that is a serious invasion and creepy. either that or tell your spouse and just go about your business and let her look like a fool.
