Even most of the sex seems wrong, positions that are good for a camera are usually not very comfortable.

#40, I'm reminded of that awkward pile driver position you see sometimes where the girl is on her neck and the guy is squatting over top of her. Makes you wonder if anyone would actually do that if there wasn't a camera there.

I think that was the point of this post. But I think it is a good thing. Why watch ****? Go shag someone instead. Being more interested in the plot of a **** flick rather than the action in it, is the first step.
