it sounds like ok is leaving out the rest of. the conversation. so we don't know the context of this remark. so don't go getting bent on the boss.

He may have a point. Dysfunction and anger tends to gives people more motivation -- how else would Hitler have accomplished so much? Let the hatred flow through you, OP! That is considering you do not frown on kick-starting the next World War. Otherwise you should probably remain calm.

Speaking as an asshole myself, I would say have fun with this; torture this guy with vicious hatred every minute of every day.
