Oh, maybe you meant to imply that you wouldn't spank your daughter at all? I hope so.. 2 year olds are pretty young to be punishing that harshly.
I don't know where you people are from.. But this is ridiculous.. I mean we're not in the 17th century.. God! Get over it.. Marriage is not a freaking contract to have children!! She had a child.. and she played with scissors.. Cut it out.. I bet you guys have been terrible parents at some point or the other.. Morons!!
Um ... what?
You are an idiot..getting remarried is exactly the right thing to do, as long as the man is a good honest man. Even if he is a bad man, it's her choice.
*Looks back im forth from the wedding dress to her daughter while dramatic Kill Bill music plays. Daughter hurls the scissors at her mom. In slow motion, the scissors rotate above her Mom's face. She catches it and throws it at her daughters heart. She also takes the Hattori Hanzo sword her daughter bought.*
These people,(#132, for example), make a complete mockery of the Christian faith! Yes, the bible does say to abstain until marriage, but he also says DO NOT JUDGE! Love your neighbor as yourself! Nowhere in the bible have I seen, "Thou shall insult and name call all sinners, for thou art so much holier!" So, please, people who have earned us the name 'bible-thumpers', shut-up. And to OP, ouch. Bummer! Perhaps the enhancements will be endearing, and you will laugh about it one day...
#132 if you are all high and mighty and this big religious person then why are you on here calling people out of their name??? I'm sure her mom gave her a name for people to call her and I'm sure it's not stupid or ****. plus who are you to judge someone??? exactly that's what I thought stfu and go f yourself... that's probably the only action you get anyways.
This is ridiculous. People are more concerned with the fact that she has a daughter than the fact that her wedding dress is ruined, or that her daughter found scissors and was playing with them. By the age of six and a half months, I could climb out of ANY crib I was put into. Just because two year olds especially are sneaky, does not mean that she is a bad mother. Not one of the readers knows the situation under which she came to have a child, and really the situation doesn't even matter. Children are precious no mater how you look at it. FOR ALL YOU CHRISTIANS OUT THERE, Jesus said to love everyone, not condemn every one. In fact, condemnation is a sin. Jesus said that we are ALL sinners. You can not judge one person for doing something you think is wrong, because everyone has done wrong, including yourself. Jesus even spent the majority of his time hanging out with prostitutes, tax collectors, street people, thieves ect. and did not judge them differently than anyone else, so do you really think that he would approve of you calling someone a **** and ridiculing them for having sex before marriage? OP, I'm very sorry. This sounds like an emergency sewing session if possible. I agree with 330, hopefully you can simply laugh about it one day.

Where would you put scissors that a two year old can get them?
What kind of mother are you leaving scissors sharp enough to cut a wedding dress within reach of your 2 year old!? Not to mention...where the hell was the garment bag?
