Or maybe she was taking medication for her lady parts and needed to tell the pharmacist about it to get the right medication or dosage? No need to jump to crazy too fast.

Why would the old lady have a mental issue? People do crazy things every day without having mental problems. It could be normal for this old lady to stick foreign items up her ******.
