Today, it was the concert of my life. I had bought tickets the minute they went on sale, and I'd anxiously waited until the concert date. Thirty minutes before the show, my friend got so drunk that we weren't allowed in, and I was stuck babysitting her all night in the hotel, completely missing the show. FML

Today, I went to a concert. One of my favorite bands was performing, and I'd had the ticket for seven months, with a great seat for the show. It was all going perfectly, that is until a guy twice my height sat in front of me. FML

Today, I finally got to attend the concert I have been anticipating for weeks. The band was great. The drunk guy sitting behind me yelling profanity and out of tune lyrics in my ear throughout the entire show, however, was not. FML

Today, I was going to meet my friend at a concert. I got there before her, so I went in to check out the local bands that were playing before the headliner. When she got there, I went just outside the building to give her a ticket. The security guards wouldn't let me back in. She went in anyway. FML

Today, my friend and I went to see our favorite band in concert. We walked at least a mile from our parking space and stood in line for two hours. My friend was supposed to have the tickets in her purse. She actually had, but she left her purse in the car. FML

Today, I went to a concert for the first time in 5 years. I got all dressed up and even ended up hanging out with the band. The night came to a screeching halt when I got a migraine and ended up in the ER vomiting non-stop. I was in the hospital all night. FML

Today, I went to a Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert with my best friend. We've been looking forward to this for over six months. She spent the entire pre-drinks, pre-party, and concert glued to her phone. FML

Today, I drove six hours with a friend to see one of her favorite bands in concert. We were turned away at the door because the online site didn't say we had to be 21 to enter. I drove six hours back with nothing to show for it but an empty gas tank and useless tickets. FML

I say YDI. You should have known the consequences of your friend getting drunk and you will know that both of you won't be allowed to enter the concert. Unless you ditch her aside and went alone. If I pay so much money for the concert, I will not sacrifice it for my selfish friend who get drunk like nobody's business! The max timing for a concert may be 2hrs? Your friend won't even know if you ditch her after you've seen the concert. Maybe I'm not a patient person like you.

Yeah, because the OP had control over her friend getting drunk, the idiot who got drunk before a show is. The "friend" is responsible for OP missing the show. "Friend" owes OP big time.

I'm thinking if the taxi driver drove a long ways like that he would ask to see that you could pay for it. Also, I guarantee if you tried running after he drove that far, he would probably chance after you and/or call the police.

They make pretty alright sounds music. But you know better than to post a bands Name on FML. Ppl tend to be a bit...biased against some. Leave your likes out of FML. I learned that fast. Or leave it in your profile....idk what the hell in ranting on about but it seems very, very neccessary. So head my words as If they were the words of Tom cruise himaelf. Or he will spawn a giant, radioactive super zombie baby that's on fire and that's half German and half French. If you are sill reading this you have no life or you are extremely bored. I have no idea what's Going thru my mind right now, I need to get back to work, but I'm all caught up. Hmm. A Girl walked into the room with two borritos. Wonder if I can pay her for one? I'm not sure as looks rather hungry and grumpy. I took a shower this morning and ran late so no time to dress formally and my arms are like desert dry. Hmm.
