Honestly, a subway station is not an uncommon place to witness homeless, narcoleptic or other very tired people fast sleep. In which case many people may not have even raised an eyebrow to a seemingly typical circumstance. Now those who witnessed you in the process of fainting... Well they suck.
OP passed put on the ground. I've seen homeless people (or people who looked like they were homeless) taking naps on benches, in corners, and up against walls or posts, but I've rarely seen a homeless person passed out on the ground in the middle of a platform. Moreover, I'm guessing OP did not look like a homeless person.
A lot of witnesses pretend to be non-witnesses these days because they are selfish and/or worried that they will be caught up in something they do not want to be caught up in. Regardless, if they have a conscience, they should inform the appropriate people about a situation. Whether or not they explain the situation in detail is up to them, but at least notifying others about it is the right thing to do.
people are assholes today.
The bystander effect strikes again.
WOW
Honestly if I saw someone passed out on a bench I wouldn't think it was a medical issue, I would think someone was sleeping on a bench. Maybe that's what everyone thought about OP.
The way I read it, she fell over before she made it to the bench. So she was just in the middle of the platform on the ground.
"Here looks like a good place for a nap" *face plant*

There were 25 people who stepped over you and passed out? You may need to wear less perfume, or something.
That's how the world goes today unfortunately.
