I have plenty of friends who are African American and not one of them are lactose intolerant. I've never heard this stereotype before.

its not really a stereotype but statistically around 75% of africans are lactose intolerant. If you don't know any blacks that are than its probably because they just don't mention it or they have milder side effects to eating dairy then other people so just go ahead and eat it anyways. side note, about 97-99% of asians are lactose intolerant as well... basically every race expect for northern europeans can't handle milk.

me neither. the only thing i know of is my mom cant tolerate pasteurized milk cause she grew up on a farm drinking milk straight from the cow.
