That's priceless!
Exactly. That's the first conversation you have with your wife when you have a daughter and she's starting to get to the teenager years. Communication in a marriage, it's not just for TV and movies hey
Sounds worse than mine, 6th grade Halloween and I was Cleopatra T.T
You're husband is an idiot.
When calling someone an idiot, it's best to use your and you're properly.
lol at least he tried, poor guy
This is actually comedy gold
Wow, by reading these comments and this FML, it amazes me that adult men don't know to just go to the store and get her a box of pads...Is it really that complicated? Smdh...
Or at least have a box laying around for emergencies when your daughter starts to hit her preteen age, so you don't have to worry.
I think this is an overall lack of preparation and education, not just on his part. Unless your daughter is abnormally young you should have been prepared for this and made sure she knew what to do, and that there was stuff around for her. And honestly you should be prepared by the time she's 8 or 9 as it's not that uncommon for girl's to start their period that early. From the time I was 8 or 9 I knew what to expect if my period started and where in the house I would find pads. I mean he still should have had a better idea than that I would think, even being a guy I don't think excuses being that clueless. But then again I also think he might have been panicked and/or embarrassed and not thinking clearly.
I think you need to sit them both down and talk about feminine products...

To be fair, that is not entirely wrong, considering a tampon works like a sponge anyway. I say A for effort.
Nice parenting... you'd think he would have done a quick Google at some point before she hit puberty.
