if that happened to me... i think i would sue my own parents
that's when I would've decided to live off them and blame them for you not going to college because they used $10000 Of your money
I hate how selfish some parents can be.
Seek legal counsel (I can't tell you whether that's illegal or not, but it definitely should be). If you can't get your money back that way, burn their house down.
So, what happened, OP?
Now to get back at them... You must pee in their pool
that sucks
you can sue them for that if you want technically its theft if its your money especially if your 18 I'd tell them to pay you back or look at taking a legal route to teach them a lesson

Sue. Sure, they're your parents, but God, being inconsiderate like that. It's your future.
That really ought to be illegal. You get screwed if your parents don't meet their financial aid obligations for your education, so there should be some legal requirement for your parents to meet those obligations.
