Today, I finally plucked up the courage to propose to my girlfriend of 7 months. I took her out to the park where we had our first kiss, I got down on one knee, and before I could say, "Will you marry me?" a bird shat on my head. FML

Today, I took my girlfriend of three years on a romantic picnic to the park, so I could propose to her. The moment was just right, I made my move. I knelt down on one knee and asked her. Her response was "you're kneeling in dog poop." I looked down. She was right. FML

Today, I was going to propose to my girlfriend of 3 years. I got reservations for a romantic dinner, and at the end, fireworks would spell out my proposal. The whole thing had taken weeks to plan out and had cost me a lot of money. She proposed to me at a subway station first. FML

Today, I proposed to a girl I'd been in love with for 6 years. I filled the balcony of the building where I'd first laid eyes on her with innumerable roses and, under the starlit sky, I did it. She later posted on facebook 'OMG. This geek I knew from high school did the FUNNIEST thing today'. FML

Today, my boyfriend of 3 years finally proposed to me at the park we first met in. As I was about to say yes, a huge fly flew straight into my mouth. I ruined the moment by choking on it and eventually spitting it out on him. I think he's rethinking the proposal. FML

LMFAO! i agree... maybe its a lil to early for marriage. But, she said "yes" right? if she didnt i really pity you.... Besides its only been 7 months some young high school relationships go on for even 8 years and end up breaking up.... it doesnt always work out....

Man....7 months? If that's the case I should be expecting proposal next month =P. I think people these days rush like a bat outta hell to get married. 2 years seems to short a time even then to get engaged. I don't think two years of being intimately involved with someone will determine a lifetime of being with somebody. 7 months is too early honestly no matter how awesome your relationship seems now and/or what ya'll have been through. Then again age determines everything so...
