Winter is coming
Ummm. Call animal control?
pretty sure that the property owner not caring about something being clearly wrong with said property is a civil suit
I guess you could always make access to the attic if the owner doesn't care that much
Crows (or any bird or for that matter pest), can be a disease hazard and possibly lead to fines or other infractions on the property owner. Maybe, I dont know the specifics in your area. But it could be true and the landownder should care more if it would hurt his bottom line. Better a guy with a broom today then Pestcontrol and Newspapers tomorrow.
Crowing is not a verb or even an actual word. What a crow actually does is caw.
He should care - it will die if he doesn't do anything and will also stink the house out and be really unhygienic.
I feel really bad for the crow, tbh.
It'll die in a couple days don't worry op...but then you'll have to deal with an ungodly smell.

Can't you call the cops and blame the owner of your apartment for animal abuse?
Why has it taken 9 hours of it before you've called animal control or something? I feel like that's a long time to deal with obnoxious crowing
