OP here. It's a FML to me because, I'm not ashamed of being a gamer, I feel that it's just a pretty dorky situation. I totally was caught off guard when the site gave this entry the green light. I just thought it would be funny to share. A bit of background though, #155 is completely right, it's only been like 4 years.

all this shows is that your a loyal customer or you play too much games not a FML
I fail to see the FML here.... I mean, do you think there's something wrong with video games or something? And, if so, that leaves two big questions: What's wrong with them, and why are you playing them if something _is_ wrong with them? Seriously, you make no sense.
What's wrong with that? I know gas station attendants know people by name and such. No different. You have a hobby, and he works at the store that provides for said hobby. **** all the people saying you don't have a life cause you play games. Sports=/=having life. Playing videogames=/=being a recluse or any other retarded negative stereotype.
Maybe you should apply for a job there. The guy knows you, you'd get a discount AND at least you'd get paid for being there so much. It's a win-win.
I think it's cute.

That's more of FHL. He's been working at a game store for all those years. Atleast you had an excuse, you liked playing video games. Not all kids are into going out and playing sports etc.
i don't gets whats bad about that... so the guy who works at the store knows you, it's a mark of a good salesperson
