Some people are idiots..I just hope your school doesn't have the zero tolerance policy mine did. You'd be getting suspended right along with them, even though you did nothing.

This is why suspension/expulsion isn't always an idea form of punishment. Kids look at the scenarios as a vacation from school, a place they don't want to be. So really, it's a day or two of freedom. They should put students like that in ISS (in-school suspension) to really teach them a lesson, not send them home to do what they want (which I'm sure they will considering most parents don't care these days, or they'd be at work and the kid would have total control over the house).
