OH MY GOD! I work at a pizza place, and we have the same problem. People don't freaking realize that just because we have tables, doesn't mean that we wait them. They keep complaining on our website about poor service and we aren't freaking WAITERS. These are usually the same people who come in when our Open sign isn't turned on, so I guess it fits.
