I feel like everyone should have to work a customer service for at least a month so the next time they feel like being a complete asshat they might think twice.
**** a month, just work through rush hour. Thats when they come out.
working in a fast food place myself if I feel I'm being treated unfairly or disrespectful I tell the customer they can either be nice to me and treat me as a human being or they can leave. usually they'll be much nicer
Fast food restaurant employees are real people? Damn...nobody ever tells me anything!
Why, because you take pleasure in acting like an asshole towards people who actually have jobs? Do us all a favor and grow up, at least they have a job and aren't sitting at home mooching off of their parents all day. If every fast food employee left their jobs to pursue something better, then we wouldn't have fast food now, would we? So why make fun of fast food employees?
...how does one forget something like that?
Sounds like a very considerate person you pissed off

Pretty easily, sadly. Many people forget that those in the service industry are not soulless automatons. They want what they want, and they need it as soon as they thought of it, because service folks are mind readers ya know. Luckily, at my old job, there were twice as many regulars that were kind and caring towards us; and that makes up for the asshats.

That's when you smile politely and say, "Yes. You're right. We are. When they ask for forgiveness you say, thank-you for coming by. Have a nice day. Then you leave that area. Never say anything close to, you are forgiven. They think twice next time and choose their words better.
