So a bag with napkins is literally light (few napkins) or extremely heavy (a crap ton of napkins). Didn't you notice this?
Always check the bag...go back with your receipt and show them all you had they'll give you what you ordered and at times more
Not saying you should, but you could probably sue for that.
You deserved it you always have to check fast food bags! Don't trust those *******!
I've worked in food service myself between Taco Bell and KFC/A&W. No one is ever perfect especially when busy. HOWEVER the bag weight should have been enough to know that it wasn't in there. And I almost wonder if this wasn't a false FML because of the fact that the employee should have noticed no weight to the bag. Because if this person was ravenous they would have ordered at least $5 worth of food in my opinion. So ydi for not checking the bag.
Why was this moderated?
#1 rule always check the bag
You went to McD's, what do you expect? I say this as a UK employee
That can actually count as false marketing and is a valid reason to sue! Might get you some extra money, I'd consult a lawyer
Leo Gets said it best, THEY **** YOU AT THE DRIVE THROUGH.

Welcome to McDonalds, we can see you're starving, have some ******* napkins.
This is why you check to make sure they got your order right before you leave!
