It costs about $200 for a Kronos Master Key automatic lock pick gun. Coupled with a tension rod, you can pick nearly any tumble lock using a pin mechanism (teeth with keys). It doesn't work on high security dimple locks, but you can pretty much break into any vehicle. Car alarm silencer not included.
