Muscle weighs more than fat, so that could be why it broke, I mean if you've been working out as well
Chairs get weaker over time
Back to the the grindstone then for you eh?
Dude don't listen to some of these fags' stupid comments. Congrats on changing your lifestyle, but as #4 said, make sure you get enough protein and (good) carbs everyday in your 'diet'. Keep working hard.. you'll see amazing results in weeks to come, trust me! It's hard to notice the first few weeks but definitely definitely keep it up and you'll be so proud of yourself! And yes, it is normal for chairs to break..no matter what your size. It must have been a miniscule chair. But nonetheless don't let that stop you!! You can do it, keep working hard!! :D

I like how you make the work out part seem important. I highly doubt it broke cause you were too big
maybe it broke because it couldn't stand how awesome you looked ^_^ darn things just don't hold up like they used to lol
