Keep at it! It takes a while to see some real results, and if your plan isn't working, then change it! Your body gets used to a workout routine surprisingly quick, so mix it up and do some different exercises for a while. I started working out seriously about 10 months ago and I'm only down about 20 pounds, but my body fat is down by 10% :) Just stay dedicated and don't give up ever!

I like how you make the work out part seem important. I highly doubt it broke cause you were too big
