Today, after dieting and working out for almost 3 months, I sit down on my chair to finish off some work. It broke. FML

I like how you make the work out part seem important. I highly doubt it broke cause you were too big

maybe it broke because it couldn't stand how awesome you looked ^_^ darn things just don't hold up like they used to lol

Chairs break. Doesn't mean it broke because you are overweight. Good job for dieting and working out!

well it may have been weight, muscle weighs more that fat, u may have gained muscle mass.

also someone may have rigged it to mess with you.

your fine muscle weighs more than fat :)

Keep at it! It takes a while to see some real results, and if your plan isn't working, then change it! Your body gets used to a workout routine surprisingly quick, so mix it up and do some different exercises for a while. I started working out seriously about 10 months ago and I'm only down about 20 pounds, but my body fat is down by 10% :) Just stay dedicated and don't give up ever!

It's not your fault. Blame it on the stupid guy who built a bad chair.

if you been dieting and working out and you aren't comfortable with your weight look into P90X

It must have been a weak chair, it's ok I'm a bit fat, but it's the chairs fault
