Always slow down for tailgaters. If they don't back off or pass you, then just keep moving slow until you get somewhere well lit and safe to let them move on. Although - I too have been tailgated by a cop, which is ridiculous. I'd love nothing more than to hit my breaks and let the asshole hit me. Cops, of all people ought to know better than to tailgate people. I keep a camera in my car now to document anything weird that happens.
i've done the same thing. why they don't flash the lights to make you move is beyond me. (still pressed YDI)
If it was a cop, they shouldn't have been tailgating you in the first place.
the cop should get a ticket for tailgating you
SLOW PEOPLE G-E-T O-U-T O-F T-H-E L-E-F-T L-A-N-E. You people parking in the passing lane should all be shot. Pass and then get over. Meandering in the left lane is one of the most inconsiderate things you can do while driving. When people are passing you on the right, you are in the wrong lane. Glad the cop pulled you over.
Well, you deserved it for being an ass, but it's also a dick move by the cop to let that continue for 3 miles before pulling you over.
nice job idiot

I slow down for tailgaters. Wouldn't change if it were a cop. It's one of those moments where you just pray a deer would jump in front of you so that you could slam on your breaks and the moron would crash right into you for following too close.
