Today, after driving a few hours late at night I decided to entertain the car tailgating me by not letting him pass. After doing this for 3miles, reaching 93MPH, I decided to let the car pass me. When I switched lanes, the car tailgating me light up in red and blue. It was a cop. FML

Today, I was tailgated by a car with his high beams on for an hour. Any time I changed my speed or lane, he would do the same. I finally managed to get away from him because a cop pulled me over and gave me a speeding ticket. FML

Today, I was tailgated on the highway. There was a car in the lane next to me, and my tailgater was WAY too close to risk slowing down, so I sped up in order to switch lanes, which bumped me over the speed limit. That's when my tailgater turned on the flashing lights. FML

Today, I pulled up to the stoplight near my house. It was dark with no traffic and the car behind me kept edging closer and closer to me. I finally got fed up with waiting and the car and ran it. In fact, it was a cop and he was trying to read my license plate because the back light was out. FML

Today, a cop almost rear-ended my car, slammed on the gas with no warning, swerved around me, flipped me the bird, then cut me off and then drove a full ten miles under the speed limit. When I changed lanes to overtake him, he pulled me over for road rage. FML

Today, the car in front of me was going slow and I flashed my lights and honked. I floored it and passed the car, flipping off the driver. Just as I went around the next corner I got pulled over by a motorcycle cop. A few seconds later, the guy I flipped off drove by honked and waved. FML

Today, while driving I saw a police car riding along next to me. Thinking about the news recently, I decided to give him a quick thumbs up and a smile to lighten up his day. He looks back, smiles, flips on his siren, and pulls me over for not paying attention to the road. FML

Today, some aggressive asshole was tailgating me on my way home, bumping into me twice. I got scared and kicked my car into high gear and got out of there. Seconds later, a traffic cop came out of nowhere and pulled me over for speeding. FML

Today, while driving home, some idiot kept tailgating me, so I slowed down, hoping he'd overtake me. He didn't, so I pulled to the side of the road. He did the same, in front of me. He kept toying with me until I crashed into another car trying to speed away from him. FML

Today, I got pulled over for speeding and got a $200 ticket. After I pulled away, I decided to warn the next car about the cop up ahead by flashing my headlights. The next car was another cop. He didn't appreciate my "help". FML

Today, I was driving home from work and noticed the car behind me was tailgating me pretty badly. I was starting to get angry with the driver, and kept glancing in my rear view mirror at him. While I was doing so, the traffic ahead of me stopped, and I rear-ended the car in front of me. FML

I slow down for tailgaters. Wouldn't change if it were a cop. It's one of those moments where you just pray a deer would jump in front of you so that you could slam on your breaks and the moron would crash right into you for following too close.

#5 I do the same thing, it drives me nuts if someone is following me too close, especially on a dark, windy road in the middle of the woods...but after they pass you is when I hope a deer jumps out in front of them, not me, lol. It would give them a wake up call for going so fast. And #8, where the hell is a 100zone?

1) you are a dumbass... 2) you act like 93 mph is so fast haha... but few people will follow you past 100 3) when you are driving in the left lane and someone is behind you... get the **** over... they dont want to tailgate you, they want you to move the **** over 4) a cop car is pretty easy to recognize... look at the effing lights before you speed 5) stay in the ******* right lane where you belong

When it's dark out, it's hard to tell if the car behind you is a cop. And not all cop cars have lights on top of them. So that's why he didn't know it was a cop, morons. Last Halloween night I was driving home on a two lane highway and from out of nowhere a car was right on my rear bumper. I think I was only going 5 mph above the speed limit in the left lane (I usually drive faster on that road, but with so few cars on the road I didn't want to get pulled over). So I slowed down a little to piss the guy off, as I was going by two slower moving cars on my right. Then the cop flashed his lights for a sec and I got worried because I didn't know if I should speed up to finish passing the cars on my right, or keep going the same speed. I sped up just a bit, moved over, and luckily he just sped by. But I had never had someone drive so close to me. It was kind of scary. But yeah, cops are assholes for tailgating so close. They should be pulling people over for doing that! But YDI for going 93. Sorry.
