ummm its your fault you got pulled over for going 93 whether or not someone was tailgating you. no matter what its against the ******* law and wreckless driving. i hate tailgaters too but usually i slow down, not speed up because that makes them more mad. or if youre THAT frustrated with them pull off and then pull right back on the road at the next exit or intersection.

You don't do that if a car's tailgating you, that'll just get them angry. And making people angry while driving isn't a good idea, there are crazy people who might have a weapon which they'll use on you. You're lucky it was a cop. You deserve it.

WOW..... thus far i've never been pulled over for speeding. c'mon now people, its all about knowing where the cops are and where its safe to speed and where it isn't (safe meaning theres low likelyhood of impacting another object or vehicle and killing someone). after having to deal with a couple of cars that have been crunched on a tree like a tin can, and the unconcious/****** up drivers and passengers trapped there in, i can still say its all about knowing the road and where its safte to speed and where its not safe to speed, in every sense of the word "Safe"

I thought everyone knew that you don't speed up with tailgaters, you slow down if u want to bug them/want them to pass you .. so that was silly of you to speed up. and yeah I agree with some ppl here - why are you 'entertaining' cars late at night?? Thats how accidents happen.
