/opinion on Honestly, due to the fact that we don't even know IF the boyfriend DID have access to OP's funds, there shouldn't be so many YDIs... It's quite possible that he could have stolen the money from her, if she had it hiding somewhere as cash, or even if he got ahold of her checks or something. Sooo... I dunno why some of you are jumping to conclusions. Now.. If OP DID give the scumbag boyfriend access to the money, then yeah, she deserves it in that way. Regardless, boyfriend is an asshole who shouldn't have touched the money that wasn't his anyway, and OP should surprise her boyfriend by selling the motorcycle and waving the money in his face. /opinion off
