Today, after months of job hunting, I got a call back for a position. I was outside at the time and had no pen or paper available to write the address down. I told the guy to call me back in 5 minutes and he agreed. It's been 3 hours and still no call. FML

Big mistake asking the employer to serve as your personal secretary. You should have offered to return the call to him and not asked him to make yet another call to you, this time on your timeframe. Don't expect to get the job.

you're not prepared so he called someone else responsible you could have just had him on hold it's you're own fault

you should have just said holdon or call him back yourself, always make follow up phone calls that's your problem if you're not

u assume since you were out side you were on a cell just go into notesand write it down YDI

if you were applying for a job shouldnt you already know where its located or you could have looked it up later on the computer or walked inside or been smart enough to put it in your phone.

how hard is it to remember an address? sheesh, people these days aren't even trying to use their brain. I assume you have one? ydi.

Your phone has a key pad right? Usually I either write myself a draft text message, send myself a text message, write the number in notes or simply type it onto the key pad and it usually stays there. Next time think more, because I highly doubt he is going to call back.

I'm asking myself why didn't you just walk back inside and grab paper and a pen? If your outside you were obviously on a wireless phone, lazy -.- call him back
