I sometimes skip mine. I'm a forgetful person. Never ended up pregnant as a result. I definitely would not dig through my own vomit and then willingly take it again. To me, that's more unsanitary and unhealthy than skipping a pill. If it's really that big of a deal, use a condom or sustain from sex for a few days, it's really not that difficult.

In response to a lot of the comments people are making towards OP, I remember when I first started taking the pill I was not sexually active because my doctor recommended to take it a month before becoming sexually active. Also there are many other reasons to take the pill. many people need it to balance out their hormones, regulate their periods, or other medical reasons. Also maybe OP is pursuing someone or is in a relationship already and wants to be prepared, even if the time hasn't come yet. Saying she's lying about being a virgin when there are many variables is kinda rude.
