The world does not stop just because you have a baby. The world will not be quiet just because it is baby's nap time. You need to learn to accept this simple fact. Sucks if baby woke up, but considering some of the noise I've seen babies sleep through I really don't see the big deal. Most babies can sleep through anything.

I hate people who set off fireworks for like a week before and then a week after independence day. my neighbors go buy fireworks that are illegal in my state because they shoot up into the air and they are incredibly loud. save it for the fourth please.

Ugh, that sucks. We have people shooting illegal fireworks all around our place-not great when you live with 2 people who have to get up to work at 4 am, and a cat who is terrified of loud noises (though it's nothing compared to having a scared baby). Cops have posted the "report fireworks number" everywhere, but don't do shit when it gets called. I don't really see how you deserve to have your baby be upset by this. You aren't asking the world to stop, you're just asking your neighbor to not be a prick.
