No, it doesn't seem weird at all. Sisters can be jealous little bitches. Just the other day, my friend found a job after a long and difficult search. Instead of being happy for her, her sister called her a bitch, tried punching her, and basically threw a huge fit, because it was a job she wanted and was eventually going to apply for, only she never got around to it due to lack of motivation.
