Urine for a long month if you keep getting piss poor compliments like that.
wow
I'm surprised they didn't make you go to the bathroom first. when I had mine done they said it would give my baby room to move during the ultrasound if I had an empty bladder.
I was told the full bladder made it easier for them to see the baby when I was pregnant. maybe it wasn't an ultrasound for a baby though. I had to get one done for different reasons other than pregnancy and was told I had to drink water and hold my pee. worst experience ever.
you can get an ultrasound for all sorts of things and for something non pregnancy related a full bladder is preferred and encouraged.
I got an ultrasound to make sure my IUD was in the right place. So yeah, you can have ultrasounds for anti-baby purposes as well.
Haha I've gotten the same one from my gynaecologist. He then poked at it.
How does one compliment a full bladder? "Your kidneys are exceptional at filling your bladder with urine?"
An ultrasound technician basically said the same thing to me once as well lol.
Relax, he was just taking the piss
I don't understand how this is classified as a compliment
You could have made him uncomfortable by saying, that you had a slight drinking problem so your bladder stays that way.
I don't understand why this got so many negative votes.. clearly you're just trying to cheer OP up.

Same thing has happened to me too OP. He kept saying what a full bladder I had the entire ******* time. It was annoying and painful since he was pressing down on it since he was performing the ultrasound on my pelvic area.
An ultrasound tech.
