Guess your body needed the rest. You will get back to normal routine in a few days as long as you forced yourself to bed on time and weren't awake all night.
this is a good thing
You may well have something different with your sleep phase/circadian rhythms. For some people WHEN you sleep is just as important as how much. You might just be programmed to sleep at a later time. If it's seeming like that may be the case, go for a sleep study!
