Dude what's the big deal? People react differently to situations. If something hits my car wether it's a rock or a bird I freak a little. Now I don't slam on the breaks but it definitely gives me a mini heart attack. Some people don't even flinch. Just cut them a break. Don't be so rude.
are u shire it wasn't trying to hit u and didnt see the windshield
Jeez seriously, female drivers >.>
unless it was an ostrich, why bother breaking?
I would of just hit the bird, they teach you that on your driving test?
It's not your fault. Wouldn't you slam your brakes if a deer ran right infront of you? Why should you react differently to different animals? I see why this would be an FML, but you did the right thing even though the poor thing died.
why you would slam on your brakes for a bird is beyond me...
That happened to me to. Except the bird hit my windshield and broke it...

You weren't leaglely at fault, so don't crow about your problems here. You're pigeon-holing yourself as whiny. Swallow your pride, tell your husband that he doesn't rule the rooster - toucan play this game. If he won't play wren you fight back, call him chicken. From heron out, you can be on the offensive. If he throws something at you, duck. Owl bet this strategy will work. Good luck!
Funny how that pilot that hit some birds and crashed his plane into the Hudson River is a hero, but when you do it...
