Today, at my school, the student council is trying to raise $5000 for Haiti. They are doing so by playing the song from High School Musical in the hallways and cafeteria everyday until they get the money. FML

Sounds kind of fun to me. If you know a lot of people don't like the song, why not set up a stand selling earplugs and send those profits to Haiti as well?

I don't, but I'm pretty sure i'm not alone. If someone in your house played that song over and over enough like my sisters did, you'd get pretty damn tired of it too. Especially when it would still be in your head when you escaped them at school. :-P

Actually 65 doesn't need to have a heart. It shouldn't be our responsibility to help Haiti. They should learn to help themselves. You're not helping them by not allowing them to fix their own problems. They'll be better off in the long run.

I bet if it were you, you would want some help. If it weren't for this earthquake, NOBODY would have given a shit about them. Before, they were all starving and poor as well. Now they don't even have the 1 room "house" they had. Most of it is destroyed. Sometimes I just wish people like you would fall off the face of the planet. Besides, the US isn't the only country helping them out.
