Today, at the small daycare I run, I turned around to put something away. I heard a splashing sound and then saw one of my kids vomiting. He puked several times, and managed to hit the only rug in the entire house. FML

Rugs are easy to clean up. At least they didn't vomit on another kid --that would be a much messier clean-up and not the best thing to tell parents.

Im assuming op is upset because it's an expensive rug. Maybe just rent a carpet cleaner and use it on the rug if the material can handle it.
