The spider was on her shoulder to those who asked.

YDI. "There was a bug on you," is such an overused excuse, who could blame her if she didn't believe you? Warn her next time. You don't need to play the hero and flick the spider off her yourself. "Hey, you've got a spider on you." Not that difficult.
# 25 is right! You tell a woman there is a spider on her and she's gonna freak out! You eliminate the situation and she should be mature enough not to claim sexual harrasssment on you. Lame chick. Sorry, dude.
Legally you are protected. If you thought you were helping her from a potentially dangerous situation then you did nothing wrong. Also flicking a spider off of someone's shoulder isn't sexual harassment. As long as she doesn't lie and say you were copping a feel of her breasts or something shes got no shot. At worst the people in your office may look at you funny.
I hate stank broads like that. She should get hit by a bus...well, did you really have good intentions? you sure you weren't in the womens locker and you were hiding when you noticed the spider on her nipple or something? hmmmm. But if you had good intentions you should be good. Good luck. Send me a picture of her so that I can avoid her if she's in my state...lol
its not harrassment/rape if you yell suprise first!
This may come as a surprise to you, but girls are not guys. You don't just touch someone.

the spider should be the one accused of sexual harassment
Nobody gives a damn if you're first. It makes you look like a jackass. To OP - For future incidences, DO NOT TOUCH WOMEN NO MATTER WHERE. They will usually consider it sexual harassment. Just point it out and let them deal with it.
